For US Customers:

We want to operate the shipping and refund process in a very transparent manner. Not to mention, we send USPS tracking code to all the customers once the order is processed for delivery.

We assure that the shipping will reach your address before the 18th day  from placing the order. Typically, the packages reach your home from 5 to 17 days depending upon various factors. If it does not reach you on or before 17 days, you can contact us with a claim to make a refund. Sometimes packages might reach a day or two sooner or later due to various circumstances such as local holidays, festivals etc. but rest assured, we will try out get you the shipment as early as we can.

For Non-US Customers:

We assure that the shipping will reach your address before the 45th day  from placing the order. Typically, the packages reach your home from 15 to 45 days depending upon various factors. If it does not reach you on or before 45 days, you can contact us with a claim to make a refund. Sometimes packages might reach a day or two sooner or later due to various circumstances such as local holidays, festivals etc. but rest assured, we will try out get you the shipment as early as we can.

Currently, we are working towards providing tracking codes to all our Non-US customers.

Points to Note

1) We DO NOT offer a refund for factors which was caused by buyer’s actions such as submitting the wrong delivery address.

2) We DO NOT offer a refund for factors which are outside our control such as unexpected natural disaster etc.

3) We DO NOT offer a refund for the situation outside our control.

4) We DO NOT offer a refund for buyers who made use of fraudulent methods of payment.

You can claim for refund upto 17 days after your order has been completed.
